Shipping Information

At Masala Chocolates® it is very important to us that you are completely satisfied with your order. All of the boxes are hand packaged and handled with care. The orders are shipped daily so the chocolates arrive fresh and in the best condition possible.

Shipping and Delivery:
Your chocolates are shipped by U.S. Priority mail. This ensures the least amount of transit time, three days maximum and the best shipping prices. You will receive a tracking number via e-mail so you can track the status of your order. Orders are shipped Monday thru Wednesday to destinations all over the U.S. and Thursday thru Saturday within California and as far east as Midwesten destinations. We do not ship to destinations on the east coast over the weekends, so the chocolates will not be sitting around in a distribution center. Shipping charges are automatically calculated when you place your order.  Due to increases in postal rates, we have had to raise our shipping rates slightly.  We will try to fit your order in flat rate boxes to minimize shipping costs.  Thank you for your understanding.

International shipping:
Currently, we only ship within the United States and its territories. Unfortunately, we do not ship overseas, due to the long time it takes for shipments to go through customs.

Order Packaging:
All orders are shipped with cold packs and insulated bubble wrap to ensure your chocolates arrive in excellent condition. We suggest you refrigerate your order when it is received, to maintain freshness. If your chocolates are being sent as a gift, we ask that you please notify your recipient, so the chocolates are not left in undesirable conditions.

Signature Release Statement:
The U.S. Post Office has permission to leave a package at the delivery address if no one is available to sign for it or they will leave a ticket at your door, so you can pick up your package at your local office. Masala Chocolates is not responsible for missing, stolen, or damaged packages after they are delivered to the address specified by the customer. Please double check the shipping address(es) before submitting your order or contact us at 888-993-2862 to make any changes. Masala Chocolates is not responsible for orders delayed or returned due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses.
